Gerina-Piller
She was conceived on March 29, 1985, in Roswell in New Mexico. Gerina Michelle Mendoza has been her name. Gerina Stevenson was born to Mexican parents Rita Stevenson (mother) and Alan Stevenson (father). Stevenson is of Mexican roots, yet is American as a national. Since she was a child she's always had a strong interest in playing athletics. Gerina was a golfer in her first game at age 15. Gerina completed her high school education through Goddard High School. While in highschool, Gerina won in the New Mexico golf state tournament. Along with the sport of volleyball, she played on an official level. 2003was the year she started studying in The University of Texas. In her final year, she won every tournament she entered. During the undergraduate years, she was awarded Conference USA's individual player of year, as well as UTEP's Female Athletic of the Year.
