Aparna first became aware of her dream of becoming an actor while she was a child. She was an avid fan of Disney as well as television programs, that she was able to watch with great interest. Brielle shared with her parents her goals and aspirations, so she was put in different classes. They had music classes as well as dance. One such class was for Bharatanatyam the Indian classical dance, performed alone by a woman or girl. Brielle did exceptionally well at the dance, completing her course in only three years. Arangetram which was her stage name during that time made her debut when she performed when she was nine. Brielle was also enrolled in classes in order to enhance her performance skills. She also took part in various school plays and was a part of the Northwest Children's Theater.
