Her work on horror movies has earned her the title the horror queen. Between 2012 and 2017, she played as Marnie Micheals in HBO's comedy drama series Girls. She was nominated for the Critics' Choice Award. Rose Armitage's role as a character in Get Out, a horror film which debuted in the year 2017 was her first big break.
